Return and Refund Policy
At MAGCUBIC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return your MAGCUBIC HY300 projector within 14 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital content
- Used or damaged items due to customer misuse
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund posts.
